Our services include personalized savings assessments, DPC provider directories, cost tracking tools, and AI-powered navigation chat.

2. Important Disclaimers

Kailo is a healthcare navigation platform that provides educational information about Direct Primary Care, health sharing plans, and Health Savings Accounts. We are not an insurance company, insurance broker, or medical provider. We do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance. Health sharing plans are NOT insurance.

Health sharing plans are voluntary cost-sharing arrangements and are NOT insurance. They do not guarantee payment of medical bills. Kailo does not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products.

3. Subscriptions

Kailo is a free navigation platform. Healthcare services (DPC, health sharing, HSA) are provided by third-party organizations and billed separately by those providers.

4. Privacy

Your use of Kailo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Kailo does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). Your quiz responses are used solely to generate savings estimates and are not shared with healthcare providers without your explicit consent.
